  • Do you offer discounts for multiple rentals?
    We know you have options to rent from anyone, and we want to be your 1 stop shop for all your party needs. Check out our current promotions, or give us a call to discuss multi unit rental discounts.
  • Do you have special pricing for local public events?
    We love helping out with local events! Do you a church, organization or school event coming up? Call us directly to secure availability and special pricing.
  • How many days in advance do I have to cancel a reservation?
    You may cancel your bounce house reservation up to 7 days before your event and receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your event your deposit is forfeited.
  • What is your weather policy?
    Weather Cancellation Policy Since weather is often unpredictable we are very easy-going if you cancel because of inclement weather. You can cancel your reservation due to inclement weather up to 7am on the day of the event. We will call you in the morning to discuss the weather. We will not deliver your bounce house unless we hear from you. If you cancel due to inclement weather you will receive a rain check for your event. The rain check is good for one year. As a safety precaution, if there are high winds (over 15 mph) or if it is actively raining or storming we reserve the right to cancel your order. If the forecast is uncertain and it may, or may not rain then we will contact you to discuss your options. The bounce house can be used in light rain but we will not set up the unit if it is actively raining. The units do allow rain to enter from the outside. Please understand that if there is rain in the forecast and you still want the bounce house, we will only set up on concrete/asphalt (no grass, dirt, bark, rocks, etc). If the bounce house is wet at the time of pick-up, a $40.00 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation to cover the additional time to clean and dry out the bounce house. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the bounce house is muddy or excessively dirty. Once we arrive on-site we are unable to provide a refund, raincheck or credit.

  • Do I need to clean the seats and tables?
    At Jyve Bounce, we believe the customer has 1 thing they should be focused on, their event. We want to ensure that renting from Jyve Bounce is one less thing you need to worry about.
  • What if I need to keep my rental longer than I ordered it for?
    Give us quick call to discuss any changes and rest assured that your needs will be taken care of.
  • Are your inflatables safe?
    The safety and wellbeing of our clients is our number one concern! All our bounce houses and slides are made with Lead Free, Fire Retardant heavy duty commercial grade high quality 18 oz PVC vinyl. All the seams are double stitched using heavy duty, extra strength nylon threading. We use polypropylene and nylon reinforced webbing on all stress points to ensure your child's safety. All our units come with hook-and-loop sealed straps over deflation points for added protection and safety. Each units is placed over a heavy duty tarp to ensure safety on any surface, and all units are tied down with straps to eliminate movement of units.
  • What equipment do I need when I rent a bounce house?
    Below are a few of the things needed at time of rental 1. An outdoor electrical outlet to power the blower 2. Enough open space to safely operate the unit 3. Wet Option - If renting a bounce house with the wet option there needs to be access to outdoor water source and hose
  • Do you clean your inflatables?
    We take sanitation seriously, and every unit is ensured to be cleaned and disinfected prior to you receiving it. We start by thoroughly vacuuming each unit, followed by spraying down the entire surface with our cleaning solution and finalizing with high grade disinfectant spray. Units that were used wet are first left out to dry naturally in the sun, then undergo the same rigorous cleaning mentioned above.
  • Can I pick up my bounce house from your location?
    Unfortunately we cannot, this is primarily due to safety requirements around ensuring that the units are both set up safely and correctly for your enjoyment.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity for delivery?
    All our units come with free delivery and setup at your location.
  • Can I pay for my rental in person?
    Yes all our units come with the option of either online or in person payments.
  • What if I really need a bounce house but it looks unavailable on your site?
    Please don't hesitate to call us! We will check into the unit you are looking for and try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
  • How long do I get to keep the unit when I rent it?
    We set up our standard rental at a daily rate of 8 hours. Most companies rent units at an average rate of 4 hours but we want to make sure that you are comfortable by removing any worry during your event!
  • What if I want to keep my unit another day? Weekend?
    We are always pleased to accommodate your requests. Overnight, 2 day and full weekend rentals will be charged at a discounted rate for any subsequent days. Please call us to discuss your specific accommodations.
  • Can your units be set up at a Park?
    Yes, there is an additional $50 dollar fee for delivery, setup, and pickup. Before renting any units for a park setup, please ensure that the park of your choice allows bounce houses or slides. Setup Needs Make sure that you reserve the park's pavilion and that there is a power source present Forward the park's email address and contact information so that we can provide the park with our insurance information
  • How far in advance should I reserve my unit?
    The sooner the better. With party season gearing up, our units are reserved on a first come first serve basis. All units are tracked through our booking calendar and if available it will be open with time slot selections on the day of your choice. Units can be rented at any time, but availability may be limited. Please call us if you have any further questions or requests.
